We’re happy to provide a refund if you cancel your order at least 96 hours (4 days) before your scheduled pickup date and time.
If your cake is a custom flavour that is not part of our regular menu and it has already been made, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund, as it was created specifically for your order.
For all other cancellations, a 30% cancellation fee applies. If you prefer, you may choose a District Ice Cream gift card for the full amount paid instead.
